Since Red Wine is good for Heart healthy, why not just drink red wine?

Dr. Donna Antarr : Resveratrol is famous for being found in red wine and is the reason many healthcare professionals have recommend a daily glass of red wine. But you would need to drink 180 bottles of Merlot or Cabernet to equal the amount of Resveratrol you would get in one packet of RESERVE™.
Most people have heard of the ORAC test. It shows the antioxidant power of a nutritional product. But ORAC tests only show test tube results, not the results in a living body. The CAP-E Test looks at the antioxidant protection on a LIVE cell. Jeunesse® has had an independent lab Cap-E test done on RESERVE™ and found that the product does in fact protect live cells from free radical damage.

Resveratrol works better when there is a synergy of other nutrients. In addition to Resveratrol, RESERVE™ also contains acai berry, pomegranate, dark sweet cherry, blueberry, grape, aloe vera, grape seed extract and green tea extract.

HEART DISEASE - What Goes Wrong?

Are You Scare ?... One Day Your Heart STOP !

What's Wrong with my Heart ? I always feel Chest Tingling, Pain ?

December 16, 2015 - One of every three deaths in the U.S. in 2013 were from heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases, while heart disease and stroke were the No. 1 and No. 2 killers worldwide, according to American Heart Association’s 2016 Heart Disease and Stroke Statistics Update.

What is Heart Disease (Cardiovascular Disease) ?

Cardiovascular Disease refers to the disease of the heart and diseases of the blood vessel system (arteries, capillaries, veins) within a person’s entire body, such as the brain, legs and lungs.

Atherosclerosis is the buildup of plaque on the inner walls of arteries. Plaque is a combination of cholesterol, other fatty materials and blood components that stick to the artery wall lining. Overtime, the arteries that bring blood to the heart can become blocked. This blockage causes reduced blood flow to the heart and causes heart attacks. High blood cholesterol, smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, stress, family medical history and not being physically active puts you at greater risk for atherosclerosis.

Centers for Disease Control and prevention (CDC) reported about 1 of 3 U.S. Adults – or about 75 million people – have High Blood pressure. Only about half (54%) of these people have their high blood pressure under control.

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) is called the “silent killer” because it usually has no signs or symptoms. Over years, it can lead to damage to the heart and blood vessels, increasing the risk for coronary heart disease and stroke. The risk for hypertension are a high salt diet, obesity, not being physically active, excess alcohol consumption, family medical history, smoking and stress.

It helps lower triglycerides (are a form of dietary fat found in meats, dairy products and cooking oils) in the blood, prevent blood clots, reduce blood viscosity and relax blood vessels. Thus, fish oil is beneficial in reducing blood pressure and atherosclerosis.

The DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) & EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) both polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid found in the fish are beneficial to our health.
DHA are good for our brain and Eye.
